Yes,

normally as all organized DBA, you have a backup of the control file. If you
don't have a backup, you can create the control file with all the
informations you know (Path and parameters of the init). In attachement, you
will find a 'backup control file' of one test db on my laptop named XAV.
You have to rewrite it with yours path and parameters. It's not so hard
