The unfortunately soon to be deprecated 'copy' command. Works good for
medium data, uses copycommit and arraysize, and set long sqlplus
commands to control commiting. See sql reference guide for syntax.
Otherwise, external tables are coming on strong.... single statements or
not so much data.. as shown database links. If other database like DB2
etc. perhaps heterogeneous services. SQL*Server export/import (quick
easy -- but probably limited).
