Never Ever leave the undo tablespace in hot backup .You need this for
sure otherwise your backup is corrupt(you won't be able to recover) .You
need current undo segments which hold the values at that current time to
be in sync with database .You can create tempfile not the undo
tablespace while recovering (you can create but that won't benefit in
recovery)
