Developer 10 suite not connected with oracle 8i

Hi

I installed Oracle Developer 10g Suite (Version 10.1.2.0.2) on client. I
have two database servers 8i v (1.7) and 9i V(9.2).

It work good with 9i database but I am facing problem with oracle 8i. Is
there any solution ?
