Direct upgrade is not supported ,please patch it to a higher version and do
an upgrade .The processes is clearly mentioned in metalink .
7.3.3 (or lower) -> 7.3.4 -> 8.1.7 -> 8.1.7.4 -> 10.2.X.X.X.
