That is one of the main prerequisites for flashback.

It should be in ARCHIVELOG mode.

I doont think that the database should be in archive mode. But
UNDO_RETENTION should be mentioned properly. Am I right??

Sorry couldn't see that your database is in NOARCHIVE mode , so I think
you should forget recovering the table as to use FLASHBACK DATABASE the
database should be in archive log
