Hi Gurus



We have one database with 3 redo log groups. But each group has one
member of 100 mega byte size. I like to add one more member to each
group. But if I add now the new members also will be the same size.
What should be the ideal size of the log files ?? If 100 megabyte is not
an ideal size how can I reconfigure it. Please give guidance on this
