Do you have quick procedure to install and configure dataguard on 9i?

I need your opinion on which method of replication should I go for.
Should I go for Oracle Streams or Oracle DataGuard
I have to come with Database Disaster Plan.
Has anyone had the chance to implement both Replications?
I'm running Oracle 10g R2 (RAC) on Sun Solaris 10.
I have implemented Oracle DataGuard on 9i and it was pretty good for the
