There is always Oracle's own product: Designer. This has both ER
diagrammers and database diagrammers and, speaking as a professional
data analyst, I like to emphasize the difference between the two:
A diagram of the database that you talk of in your question is a
database/ schema diagram and not an ER diagram. An ER diagram is a
logical concept that models the data you hold within the database rather
than physical structures that are used to store the data.
