If you migrate them, your existing data will stay dictionary managed but
your new data will be locally managed so yes, there's a performance
impact but not in a good way.
Create new LMTs and recreate your objects into them new and clean.
There's a huge performance benefit from doing that.

Subject: performance issues with TABLESPACE_MIGRATE_TO_LOCAL ?
Hi,
does anyone knows if there are performance issues using
DBMS_SPACE_ADMIN.TABLESPACE_MIGRATE_TO_LOCAL ?
I need to move the TS of a migrated DB to locally managed and I have a
doubt about using DBMS_SPACE_ADMIN.TABLESPACE_MIGRATE_TO_LOCAL or
creating a brand new locally managed TS and move the objects there...
What I would like to know is if there are differences in terms of
performance between a tablespace born locally managed and a TS migrated
from dictionary managed to locally managed.
Thanks,
Paolo Castelletti
