Please check the oracle servises status in the adminiatrative tool if
they are manual change them to autoamatic.

Here I have one que..

OS=windowsxp professional
Oracle=9.2.0.1.0

When I restart my pc db also shutdown and after that I start DB manually
so please tell me how I solve this one.
