I am receiving the following error. Does anyone know how to fix it?

ORA-01161: database name VTST in file header does not match given name
of VDEV
ORA-01110: data file 1: 'F:\SYSDATA\ORACLE\ORADATA\VDEV\SYSTEM01.DBF'
