I checked some some sql's plan table, the plan total changed , one example , it changed from 4000k cost to 32k cost, using different plan. Only when I set the plan foce to9.2.0, it come back to origial plan. all tales analyzed, not help.
Also find one big problem, after connected, when the select into a appliction, it quit the connection with 3113 error
