Hi,

I have not created any listner.ora file on my machine, even then the
listner seems to work fine.

It is picking up the configuration settings from any other loaction than
$ORACLE_HOME/network/admin
OR
The listner.ora is not a mandatory requirement for listner, (It will
start with default params and will listen for all services)?
OR
Will i face some problems later if listner.ora is absent?

Could anybody please comment?
