Hi,

I'm running e-business 11.5.9 and applying patch 3515479 to fix
AR-unposted item report.

After the patch has been applied, I can not get requested report any
more, every report I requested is in "pending" status.

I've checked that concurrent server works fine.

I did not shutdown either database or application server when applying
the patch. Is there anything wrong with this process?
