How frequently do the redo log files switch? Check the alert log. If the
time between switches is low, make em bigger. If its very long, make em
smaller. Go for an average 30-60 mins between switches.

Check metalink Note: 1035935.6 for resizing instructions.

For temp size, it depends on the database activity. Temp is used mainly for
sorting and space for index builds/rebuilds. How full does temp get?

1) How to calculate the appropriated redolog file size..? if need what is
the procedure to change the redolog size.?
2) How to calculate the appropriated temp file size ..? because our
biggest table owns 500 millons of rows and has more than 20Go and temp
file has now 18Go..is that enough..?
