Hi Gurus!!

I am working with Private telecom co as Data Analyst where so much
pressure on data crunching & analyzing. And we people totally dependant on
our DSS Team to get the physical data. Now DSS Team is taking care of all
data for all circle's . we have approx 1cr + subscriber base of all over
country.

Now the problem is whenever we ask for any data(interms of subscriber
base) they give too much excuses. eg. system will not support to extract
the such big data. then i have to give same excuse to my bosses.

I am not a dba but i know oracle pl-sql . Now i am trying to get into a
dba field to fight against our DSS Team. I Know i cannot change the
system but atleast i should fight for the same.

Please help me how can start with this.
