my sga looks like the following

i am getting ora-12500 and ora-4030 errors. server configuration is as
follows

OS Name: Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Server 2003, Standard
Edition
Total Physical Memory: 3,583 MB
Available Physical Memory: 2,498 MB
Virtual Memory: Max Size: 3,422 MB
Virtual Memory: Available: 2,509 MB
Virtual Memory: In Use: 913 MB

do anyone have any clue what could be the reason for these errors
