Hi dinesh
First startup mount the database which you have created
Then alter database backup controlfile to trace
now shutdown the database ( do not do shutdown abort)
Now change the trc file and set the database name to your new database
name.
now change your init ora , spfile to teh new dbname
run the trc file so as to recrate the control file
starup the database
and hoefully your job is done
