Is there any other way to make job processes die immediately after the
job finishes? Alter system set job_queue_processes=0 will kill cjq and
sometimes it takes a couple minutes to be back.

user2 can not select from the view. the error is the table or view not

What kind of privilege does user2 need in order to see user1's view?
