I have just installed Oracle 9.2 client and Sql Navigator 4.2 in a
Client (Windows Xp Professional) for a user Grant (Power User) but it's
doesn't work This is the message " Initialization error Could not locate
OCI dll"



While when I logged with my profile (administrator) it's work perfectly
. I don't' Understand .

Please can you help me
