Hello,

I am running utlbstat/utlestat for an Oracle 7 database hourly. Can
anyone tell me the unit of measure for "CPU used when call started"? I
am seeing a value of 335402, but not sure what this means exactly.

Also, is there any way to tell from these reports the overall CPU usage
for the database? We have a client who wants to migrate this database to
another server, but they need to know if the new server has the
appropriate resources available (i.e. CPU, memory..etc).
