Is your file 2Gbs? Cause that's looks like your maxsize. If so make it
unlimited or add another datafile.
I assume quota is not an issue.
I believe locally managed will ignore initial, next.

Subject: ORA-01654: unable to extend index PK_DTL_IX by 2048 in
tablespace EPICIXLARGE
Hi all,
I am getting this error, but my tablespace EPICIXLARGE is locally
managed and autoextensible. My index storage size is:
initial size = 65536
next size = 65536
Increase by 0%
Minimum number 1
Max Number value = 2147483645
Can anyone suggest what I should do to correct this error.
Thanks
Tony
