ALSO... it could be that in 9i/10g that stats are messing with you...
Try this:
Re-run the export without exporting the statistics:
EXP system/<password> FILE=jeffisgod.DMP LOG=jeffisgod.log
STATISTICS=none ...(other parameters)
Now re run the import (I would also drop the tables in the receiving
schema if everything is a one-to-one).

Do you have any tables with a default value of -1?
I've seen where a table is modified after the initial database was
created, and then the import/export failed due to this constraint.
On my database, it was only one table; I was able to remove the
constraint in OEM, apply, and then export (which always worked) and then
get a successful import.
Take a look.
