i am getting the following error when using flashback in oracle9i. undo_management is in auto mode.

Alter system set UNDO_RETENTION=10000;

DBMS_FLASHBACK.ENABLE_AT_TIME(TO_TIMESTAMP('30-may-2007:181520','dd-mon-yyyy:hh24miss'));

SP2-0734: unknown command beginning "DBMS_FLASH..." - rest of line ignored.
