Even if you change the SYS password,one can logon as SYS using "conn sys as
sysdba" it will ask you the password,but you no need to type the
password,you just press enter key,that's it.
OR
Use this: Conn /as sysdba.It wont ask you the password it will automatically
logon to the DB as SYS.

If you have access to the Unix oracle account, or the oracle software
owner or a member of the Unix dba group do:
sqlplus '/ as sysdba'
And reset the sys password to one you can remember.
