Hello Everyone!



I am trying to tighten the security on my system, while creating a
user specifically to do exports and backup critical Oracle files.



I would like to grant a user the EXACT privilege required to create a
PFile from an SPFile. The commonly suggested course is

simply using a user with the sysdba privilege, but I want to avoid that.



Does anyone know the EXACT privilege required to create a PFile from
an SPFile?
