RE: Unable to recover the database

Did you copy the datafiles over with the database up or down - or were
they restored from a backup?

Subject: Unable to recover the database

Hi All,

1. we are using oracle apps 11.0.3, our production server is on
archivelog mode.
2. I wanted to make a test system using the datafiles etc of the
production.
3. I have installed apps and copied the datafiles, cntrl files etc
on to the target machine
4. I have created a controlfile and when I am trying to recover
the database it gives the following error ,it's not prompting to apply
the archivelogs,It immediately comes back to svrmgr prompt.
