Hi Shailendra,

Remove the line sqlnet.authentication_services=(NTS) from
ORACLE_HOME\network\admin\sqlnet.ora file or set
sqlnet.authentication_services=(NONE).

Hope this will solve the problem. Let me know incase you succeed.
