Well, perhaps 70% - 100% generation is possible, but I'd be amazed if that
much of the
generated code remained untouched or unchanged ... tweaks here and there,
special constraints, special interface issues, requirements issues, and so
on.

Don't expect Designer to do all the work, unless you've got a very, very
simple system.
