Hi All,

I m using the MD5 procedure in my package for encrypting the password.

PROCEDURE MD5(input_string IN VARCHAR2,
checksum_string OUT varchar2_checksum);

I m connecting to my application using username/password but it is not
connecting though given encryption password and database table password
is same.

Please help me regarding this.

Please clearly tell me how the MD5 procedure works.
