Hi Hussein
You can make a backup of database, tablespace or datafile BUT never ever just backup the datafile
using an OS command while the database is running unless you have issued the command
"alter tablespace <tablespace_name> begin backup" in a database that is running in archive log mode.
If your database is not running in archive log mode you need to shut it down first.
However, this is a rather outdated way of backing up an Oracle database. Oracle (and I) recommend
using RMAN (Oracle Recovery Manager) for any backup, copy or move of an Oracle database.
What do you mean with "all users in system tablespace"? Only Oracle system users should have
system as default tablespace if any. No other.
