Option 1.

The database orcl is not registered in listener. Either do it manually by editing listener.ora file OR use Net Config. Assistant.
Option 2.
=======
set ORACLE_SID=orcl
then try to connect system/manager -- Dont use the connect string.

I want to configure 2 database in 10g , I Used configuration tool to do
this , but I can not able to login to 1st Database.
My first database is orcl , second in release
