Hi gurus,

We recently installed Oracle 8i Database via CITRIX connection, after the installation, we could not login to the database using any of the database tools.
However, we could login comfortably via the server console.
SQL*plus and Enterprise DBA are getting connected comfortably.

Remote login is failing with the error:
ORA-12560: TNS: Protocol adapter error

Is there anything that needs to be set right either at Oracle Database, OS, or Network or CITRIX.
