1. Prepare LOAD.BAT file

sqlldr userid=usr/[Email Address Removed] control=load.ctl log=load.log direct=true

2. Start task scheduler an insert new task:

- Command that should be executed is load.bat.
- Specify appropriate win user and password
- Schedule task daily
- Appropriate starting time
