While applying a patch to the application tier of our RAC instance I
received this error:



FAILED: file fnd_user_resp_groups_all.xdf on worker 1.

FAILED: file fnd_user_resp_groups_indirect.xdf on worker 2.



I can't continue with the patch until the error is fixed. The attempts
to fix the worker using adctrl have not been successful.



Any information on this issue is appreciated. Also - if I close the
adpatch session without this issue resolved how will that affect my
system.
