You wont be buying any 8.x version as its been desupported for quite
some time. If you are replacing a 8.x version of 32 with 64 I don't see
any reason why you would have to consider licensing issues. BUT, you
should contact your Oracle sales rep to be sure when it comes to issues
like that. Taking anyone's word for it on this list as far as legal
licensing issues would be foolish...

invest money if want the same with 64bit ? Means need to purchase a
