Just a little more information.

Enter the following information:

Subject: recreating DB Control - Problem with DBSNMP
Hi all,
I'm using oracle 10.2.0.3 and since I've upgraded I've lost the
enterprise manager.
I'm currently trying to repair it but when I issue the command:
emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate
I'm prompt to input DBSNMP password, the command hang. There's nothing
left to do.
Logging into sqlplus with dbsnmp hangs too.
I want to drop and recreate the user (found a document on metalink) but
I would like to know if there's no impact outside of DB Control.
Thanks
Nicolas
