(1) Create a new tablespace and move the content (1.5Gig) to the new
tablespace.
(2)drop the tablespace including contents.
(3) Create the tablespace 1.5Gig
(4) move the content (step 1) back to (step -3)

I have a data file that is huge, say ~100GB, while the data should not

more than 1.5GB. What I need to do to 'shrink' that huge data file like
