Hi All

We can make case insensitive search and sort by setting environmental
variables like
SQL> alter session set NLS_SORT=BINARY_CI;
Session altered.
SQL> alter session set NLS_COMP=LINGUISTIC;
Session altered.

This is at Session level..
Is it possible to make these setting at transactional level like for
only few SQLs
