Hi,
When you install oracle System login id has been added in to oradba
group which has been created or mandatory for oracle installation.
So even if you don't have oracle Db created and you want to create db
from scratch it will use sys Db user which is super user in db .It has
by default all rights .Sysdba users have privileges to create
Db,User..etc.
