There was an article on metalink about this...I did the same thing..but,
can't find my notes from that now...anyway, I did what it said there...I
found the main oracle script that creates it...and cut that part out and
ran it....and it came back just fine....
Go to meta link...and look for the article relating to dropping the OUTLN
user...and do the suggestion that 'is not recommended'....it works...
