I installed Oracle 8.1.7, Developer 6 and Designer 6 in Win2k. Developer and
designer is in one path and oracle database in diff path. I could not
connect to Oracle database from Developer 6 and Designer 6. The host string
ping with tnsping, but using that I could not connect to Oracle database
from Developer and Designer. Can any one help me.
