My users are currently receiving "FRM-40509: Unable to update record"
whenever they try to commit anything within their application.
Does anyone know how to cure this? I have read the Oracle documentation,
i.e...
"A fatal error occurred while Oracle Forms was trying to update a record.
The table associated with the current block of the form might not exist,
your username might not have authority to perform the specified action on
the table, or some other reason might have caused the fatal error."
...but these scenarios sound very unlikely.
We are running 8.1.6 on NT.
