You can try this
oradim -delete -sid <sid of the database here>

There may be a better way, but I usually get rid of those by deleting
the
registry key - HKLM/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/OracleServiceORCL
and
rebooting

i am trying to create a database by a name orcl on windows nt.
but it is giving a message oracleserviceorcl already exists with the sid
name orcl.
but there is no such database on my machine
how should i uninstall this service
