Here is the scenario. I have Oracle 8.1.6 on server X and Server Y.
Server X has OAS 4.0.8.
I have a user on Server Y which has his database objects like Tables,
Procedures and Packages on this server.
The user on server Y needs to use OAS for some of the PL/SQL packages.

Can I use OAS 4.0.8 on server X for compiling and accessing these pl/sql
packages?
I do not want to install OAS on Server Y.

Is the above scenario possible? If so, what are the configuration settings
to be done?
