RE: 10GR2 on Red Hat 4.0 Update 5 x64_64 bit

I was able to install 10gR2 on a Red Hat 4.0 Update 4 with no issues.
You may want to check to with the documentation on the Oracle web site
as it will point out all of the RPMs that will be needed for the
installation. The patch to 10.2.0.3.0 was not that difficult to apply
either.

Hope this helps.

Subject: 10GR2 on Red Hat 4.0 Update 5 x64_64 bit

Has anyone in this forum successfully installed 10GR2 (10.2.0.3.0) on
Red Hat Linux 4.0 Update 5 x86_64 bit server ?

Do you have a detailed doc on this which includes all the RPMs and any
extra steps that need to be done ?

Thanks

Viren
