I have had this happen with a fromuser touser import, when the export file or files are large and the import must read to the end of the last of it, even if the user that you are importing was near the beginning. It should eventually finish after it reads thru all of the dump file.

The task manager said "running", It was a fromuser touser import.
I pressed ctrl+c and the log did't change at all. It looks like the process has frozen for a long time without producing any output.

I'd be surprised if that works since he clearly said his log file doesn't show completed... I'd be more inclined to think it's not doing anything... Does windows ever show any activity via task manager for this process? Can you do record counts of any of your tables to see if it's done anything? What type of import? full, table, ???

Hi there,
I am doing a import and after two hours I still getting the message:
..Importing table.....
It looks like the import has finished, but the dos windows still shows the importing table line and the import log the same.
Has someone had an experience like this. Please any adive is appreciated.
