What is the best scenerio to join all the columns from V$session to
sql_text in V$sqlarea. I need the get all th sessions and the corresponding
sql_text from V$sqlarea. Sometiimes, there is SID in V$session with no
sql_id, but a corrresponding sql_text in V$sqlarea.
