I have been receivig this alert from Enterprise Manager to my inbox every
day for a few weeks :

Subject : EM Alert: Critical: Management Services and Repository - Targets
not providing data exceeded the...

Metric=Targets not providing data
Timestamp=8.1.2008 3:57:05 GMT+02:00
Severity=Critical
Message=Targets not providing data exceeded the critical threshold (0).
Current value: 2
Rule Name=Agent Upload Problems
Rule Owner=SYSMAN

In documentation I've found, that message is information only, but why
severity is critical ? I don't understand, what is wrong, Why EM send it
?
It can be in relation with change password of user SYSMAN, that I have
done. After change pwd this alert started.

Please help.
